CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES
In the event that you change your mind about having a reading and wish to cancel it entirely rather than reschedule it for another time, you will receive a full refund provided you let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If your cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before your appointment, you will receive a credit that can be applied to an appointment to be rescheduled at a later date. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you forfeit your entire payment.
Recording Policy
For astrology conducted via zoom: While I am happy to offer a complimentary recording of your Astrology readings conducted via zoom, these recordings cannot be guaranteed, so you are welcome to record it on your end and/or take notes. In the event a recording fails for any reason, the session will not be repeated and there are no refunds because a recording failed. You are paying for a reading, not a recording. A download link to a complimentary MP3 and MP4 recording of your reading will be emailed to you within 1 hour after your session ends. It is your responsibility to download the recording before the file expiration date noted in the email. For privacy and practical reasons, I do not maintain a library of readings. Once the link expires, the recording is no longer available.
For tarot readings: for logistic reasons, recording for tarot readings is not available in any form. You are more than welcome to record the reading on your end.
